Job Description
• Accounting ➢ To handle company’s account receivable and payable and other expenses ➢ To issue invoice, receipt and tax invoice ➢ To prepare payment voucher and receipt voucher ➢ To deal with accounting firm for preparing tax and withholding tax report to submit to Revenue Department such as PND1, 3, 53, 54, PP30 and PP36 ➢ To monitor suspense A/C and advance payment ➢ To create report and analyze the accounting and financial for management • Financial ➢ To control petty cash and prepare petty cash report ➢ To reconcile bank statement ➢ To forecast P&L and cash flow plan report to management ➢ To communicate with bank for document preparation and maintain banking relationships • Admin ➢ To prepare the employment document to submit to Department of Employment ➢ To operate office management for smooth running and effectiveness ➢ To take care of purchasing office materials and expense control ➢ To manager company driver and company car Workplace Area: Harbour office, Laemchabang Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri) Salary: 35,000-40,000THB
Job Requirement
• Age 30-45 years • Female Preferred • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or any related fields • At least 5 year experience in accounting and administrative function. • Good command of written and spoken English • Knowledge of Thailand’s finance and tax legislation • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel) • Accounting and administrative staff in Japanese trading company or small company is preferable • IT skills is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None
