Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Mainly support the Japanese President as a secretary
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the President.
- Secretary tasks (Booking hotel, Car rental, arranging schedule, etc.)
- Assist other Japanese Management members
- Take care of paper tasks like a visa or work permit
- Assist the HR & Admin department
- May occasionally be involved in accounting or HR-related tasks, depending on the needs of the department.
- There is a possibility of accompanying Japanese staff on domestic or overseas business trips.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree major in any field
- At least 5 years of experience as a secretary or interpreter
- Conversational high level of Japanese (To support a Japanese President as a secretary)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in HR, Accounting, Admin
