Work outline: Support VP for production development division for the document and secretary task

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Provide administrative and secretarial support to American VP

Ø  Translate necessary documents as requested.

Ø  Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.

Ø  Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence.

Ø  Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement for American VP

Ø  Prepare meeting agenda,  take minutes of meeting, and arrange appointment

Ø  Handle role of interpreter in the meeting, some ceremony translation and etc.

Ø  Coordinate with all department and outside people

Ø  Support Japanese management to ensure smooth communication with local staff.

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-35 years old

Ø  Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field

Ø  Direct experience in Secretary at least 1 year

Ø  Able to do on time task (Sometime have to answer tel. or email on Saturday)

Ø  Good command of English

Ø  Good personality

Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)
