Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage the President’s schedule, including business trips, and oversee general administrative tasks such as report preparation, application submissions, and payment processing, while ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. - Arrange the President's business trips, internal/external meetings, business entertainment (including golf). - Support the President's activities related to JCC, JAT, TJA, TJA school. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders, including customer secretariats, associations, and service providers. - Establish good communication and support group company business and corporate divisions, affiliate companies, Tokyo HQ office and other offices in relation to the President's activities. - Collaborate closely as a member of the Corporate Planning/Strategic Planning Department to ensure seamless support for both departmental functions and the President’s office.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences > - At least 5 years of experience in a secretary or executive support role. - Conversational High in Japanese and English for communication with Japanese President with JLPT N2 up - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). <Details> - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels. - Sound understanding of Japanese business culture and professional etiquette. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Able to work independently under pressure and maintain confidentiality. <Preferable> - Can start working immediately
