Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To manage and coordinate the General Manager’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings - To prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and other related documents in Thai, Chinese, and English - To support the General Manager’s personal errands, appointments, reservations, and personal activities - To organise the General Manager's personal and family passports, visas, and other essential records - To ensure all personal and family-related matters are handled with discretion, accuracy, and timeliness - To serve as a liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager - To maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and management information - To perform other administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies, Business Administration, Management, or any related field - At least 2 years of Experience as a Secretary, personal Assistant, or Interpreter for Management Level - Experience in organising the General Manager. personal and family-related matters such as a Passport or Visas - Conversational High Level in Chinese (HSK5) (Communicate with General Manager and other management on the business parts and interpreting) - Conversational Middle Level in English) (Communicate with external, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Holds a Driving License <In Details> - Excellent organizational and coordination skills with close attention to detail - Professional appearance, good interpersonal skills, and service-minded personality - High level of responsibility and ability to work under pressure - Can keep confidentiality of sensitive company and management information <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Chinese Company - Able to start working immediately
