Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To support the Japanese Managing Director by arranging work schedules - To attend board meetings and take minutes of the meeting - To interpret and facilitate communication between Japanese and Thai staff - To help and coordinate with other departments - To prepare and summarize relevant documents for meetings, presentations, and reports - To handle and translate relevant documents between English, Thai, and Japanese - To handle Work Permit and VISA arrangements for Japanese officers in the company - Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Business Administration, or any related field - At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant with a Japanese Managing Director - Experience in arranging a schedule, taking minutes, VISA, and Work Permits - Conversational Business Level in Japanese (JLPT N1) (Communicate with Japanese Managing Director) - Conversational Middle Level in English (Use for email, documents, and reports) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel <In Details> - Ability to work independently (stand‑alone) and manage the entire process on one’s own <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese company - Experience in a logistics company
