Work Outline: Support Japanese MD in the meeting with clients/ manage the document for Japanese MD


Duties & Responsibility:

•Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese MD

•Support admin manager about Visa & Work permit task

•Handle all secretarial duties include computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned

•Interpretation required for meetings and document translation (Thai and Japanese)*only easy document

•Organize and coordinate meeting, conference and visitor both local and regional

•Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination work


Qualifications:

[Must]

•Thai nationality, female aged between 24-32 years.

At least 1 year working experiences.

Bachelor's degree in Japanese or any field.

•Good command of English and Japanese (JLPT N3-N2 Level)

Computer literacy.

[Prefer]

•Knowledgeable with Japanese working permit process

•1-2 years' experience working as secretary is an advantage.


Languages skills 

English: Business level

Japanese: Business level (N3-N2)


Workplace Area: (BTS) Saladaeng (MRT) Silom

Working Hour:8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 32,000THB – 35,000THB
