Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle and manage documentation including quotations, purchase/sales documents, subcontractor paperwork, building documents, and other general administrative files. - Prepare purchase orders and furniture quotations (template/format will be provided). - Occasionally accompany the General Manager to external meetings. - Coordinate within the team and provide administrative support. - Translate documents and provide interpretation support when necessary. - Communicate with subcontractors, building management, and clients. - Perform duties under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. - Demonstrate diligence, patience, and punctuality. - Adapt to and understand Japanese working culture.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in related fields. - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N3 required). - 0-1 year of experience working in related roles or in a Japanese culture company. - Fresh graduates are welcome. - Strong communication skills. - Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ is an advantage). <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure. - Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented.
