Work outline: Responsible for Secretary Task


Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform, undertake and support secretarial and administrative duties. 

 Secretary Task (coordinate of Japan and Singapore key person)

 Support to admin manager of admin task


Assist to furnish reports/documents related to businesses

 Make internal approval documents (Support to Japan and Singapore)


Assist on any business development activities 

 Support to some departments


Qualifications:

[Must]

 Thai nationality, Female, age 28-38 years  

 Bachelor’s degree in any fields

 Experience in secretary or admin or related field 

 Experience work in Japanese company or understanding of Japanese culture

 Proficient in Microsoft office software.

 Good command of English (contact to Singapore office)

 Good command of Japanese (contact to Japan office)

 Good personality (Integrity, ambition, teamwork, interpersonal relationship, concern)

 Not Job hopper


Preferable: 

 Japanese business


Languages skills 

English: Conversational Level

Japanese: Advanced Conversational - Business Level (N2 above)


Workplace Area: (BTS) Asok/ (MRT) Sukuhmvit

Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon - Fri)
