Work outline: Overall of sales coordinator activities and manage a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Increase profit by expansion new business and new customer
Ø Plan and assign job to team members in equally basis
Ø Plan for improve and develop of operation process and service to customer
Ø Prepare of precise and completed quotation to the customer
Ø Follow up with customer and overseas inquiry such as shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements
Ø Coordinate with Booking team to request of airfreight cost and others for supporting sales team to prepare RFQ package
Ø Coordinate with CS and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly
Ø Prepare of Customer Complain Report every week
Ø Follow up and solve the problem that caused by operation.
Ø Verify of completed and correct of rate offering and condition before submitting with customer and concerned party
Ø Review and update quotation with the current or market price to the customer.
Ø Prepare and follow up of Sale Lead Monthly Report of team members
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, 27-38 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields
Ø At least 3 years of working experience in sales function / Sales support / Sales Coordinator in Freight Forwarder or any related fields
Ø Have a good knowledge of Sea freight business, Incoterms and FOB (Free on Board)
Ø Interpersonal Skill
Ø Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office
Preferable:
Ø Able to start working immediately
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadapisek
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri) , 9.00 – 12.00 (Sat twice a month)
