Work outline: SAP Implementation/ SAP Project Consultant
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support the interview and analysis of current business process and related document
Ø Gain Knowledge of clients SAP Global template
Ø Support the SAP Global Template Prototype session, and High Level Fit/Gap Analysis
Ø Carry out fit /gap analysis and support the estimation process for rollout phase
Ø Support PM in creating the overall project plan
Ø Support and develop WBS for the team.
Ø Develop detailed to-be business process flow and to-be business requirement definition. Comply with standard where required, localized for Thailand where approved. Coordinate solution for problems which arise.
Ø Coordinate with COE for required changes of process/function.
Ø Develop migration data requirement definition
Ø Define major master/ code
Ø Support the development of Migration Plan
Ø Customizing and Prototyping of SAP standard setting according to to-be business requirement
Ø Design authorization matrix
Ø Develop functional requirement for approved add-on programs
Ø Review the quality of add-on program after development is completed
Ø Create test scenario, data scenario, execute test, verify test result (execute multiple test cycles if defined by project plan)
Ø Develop Key user training materials
Ø Perform key user training.
Ø define migration procedure, develop migration tool, support to create migration data, execute migration rehearsal and production migration
Ø Support the definition of job and job test
Ø Create authorization menu/role specification, develop, test
Ø Report status of the team to PM on weekly basis and as necessary
Ø Review the materials output for the team to assure quality
Ø Make best effort to communicate to reduce communication gaps
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age above 27 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in related field
Ø Minimum 5 years experiences up for full cycle of SAP implementation
Ø Must have in-depth knowledge of core SAP PP
Ø Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Ø Able to travel outside Bangkok and overseas.
Preferable:
Ø Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player
Ø Good communication both English and Thai
Ø Customer focused with excellent problem solving skills.
Ø Experience for consulting firm is advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level

Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
