Sales/Purchasing Supervisor (40K–50K) (SDG-98696) หัวหน้างานฝ่ายขาย/จัดซื้อ <Job responsibilities> - Communicate with existing clients by phone call and mail * This position will handle 6 - 7 clients * Almost communicate with Clients via phone call and mail, If need to visit Clients, the Company provide car and driver - Follow up on delivery management of newly ordered parts in coordination with the production part - Respond to inquiries and orders from clients - Communicate with suppliers and order products - Negotiate with suppliers and Control the delivery schedule - Manage and Control sales and purchasing staff in the future *There is the possibility of managing the general affairs team as well - Any tasks assigned by JPMD <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล * ตำแหน่งนี้จะรองรับลูกค้า 6 - 7 คน *หากจำเป็นต้องเยี่ยมลูกค้า บริษัทมีรถและคนขับให้ - ติดตามการจัดการการส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนที่สั่งใหม่โดยประสานงานกับชิ้นส่วนที่ผลิต - ตอบคำถามและสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า - ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Supplier และสั่งซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ - เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์และควบคุมกำหนดการส่งมอบ - บริหารจัดการและควบคุมพนักงานขายและจัดซื้อในอนาคต *มีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะบริหารทีมงานธุรการ - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก JPMD
