Sales&Marketing supervisor(JP) (45K–60K) (SDG-108522) หัวหน้าฝ่ายขายและการตลาด(ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job responsibilities> ・Develop a sales strategy for pet products. ・Research the industry market, including competitors ・Market strategies to increase sales ・Discuss and report on sales strategies and promotions with Japanese suppliers ・Accompanied by sales staff, visit client sites (much less frequently) ・Devise strategies and promotions on how to sell products. (For digital marketing operations, more specialized things will be outsourced and collaborated with them.) ・Other duties as assigned *When going to the client's office, if you have personal car, you are required to use it. (Frequency is not that often/ There is an another sales team to do sales activities) <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・พัฒนากลยุทธ์การขายผลิตภัณฑ์สัตว์เลี้ยง ・ศึกษาตลาดอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงคู่แข่ง ・กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย ・พูดคุยและรายงานเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การขายและโปรโมชั่นกับซัพพลายเออร์ในญี่ปุ่น ・พร้อมกับพนักงานขาย เข้าพบไซต์ของลูกค้า ・กำหนดกลยุทธ์และโปรโมชั่นเกี่ยวกับวิธีการขายสินค้า (สำหรับการดำเนินการด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล จะมีการจัดหาสิ่งพิเศษเพิ่มเติมและร่วมมือกับพวกเขา) ・หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย *เมื่อไปที่สำนักงานของลูกค้า จำเป็นต้องใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวหากมี (ความถี่ไม่บ่อยนัก/มีทีมขายอีกทีมทำกิจกรรมขาย)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree ・Bachelor's degree in any related field ・At least 3-5 years experience as marketing position at a manufacturing company or sales planning/sales position.
