Duties & Responsibility:
Business development of new clients in store business or retail business industry
Approach management level to manage store or retail business, then sell training service for their staff
Understand client’s needs and customize training contents
Do presentation of training for each clients to get order
Coordinate all process with other training team and manage time schedule of training plan
Get feedback of training and analyze the result to make it be improved
Manage daily action by yourself to achieve their own sales target
Planning event or seminar to get more contacts of new client, and make marketing plan to get more new client with team member
collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Other tasks as assigned by MD
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age around 25-35
Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
At least 3-5 year experience as a Sales in Service or consulting industry ( Training or education is preferred)
Have B to B sales experiences
Must be challenging and willing to work for a joint venture
PC Skill (Microsoft 0ffice)

Business Level of Japanese skill
Proactive, dynamic, well organized, creative, leadership
Languages skills:
ENGLISH: Advanced Conversational Level - Business level (TOEIC 700+)
Japanese: Business Level is preferred
Workplace Area: Asok / Bangkok
Working Hour:9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
