Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery. - Handle import/export shipments, domestic logistics, and delivery scheduling. - Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), tax invoices, billing notes, and related sales documents. - Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and support sales forecasts and order planning. - Process customer orders, create Sales Orders (S/O) in Navision, and follow up shipment status with suppliers and shipping agents. - Support export documentation and coordinate with BOI, freight forwarders, transport providers, and insurance companies. - Resolve customer issues, optimize delivery costs, and support sales and customer service activities efficiently.
Job Requirement
<Necessary skill/experience> - At least 1 years sales support in trading or manufacturing company - Conversational High level of English (for internal communication, coordinate with Japanese members and some specific clients) <Characteristic> - Aggressive and positive for sales person. - Presentation skill - Smart, energetic, friendly and high responsibility <Preferable skill/experience> - High TOEIC Score - Experience in Japanese company - Direct experience with Steel products
