Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare documents such as invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, etc - Prepare documents related to the order (PO) - Manage and control the deadlines of the team - Monitor the delivery process - Input business transaction on the company’s system - Coordinate with the accounting division member and the sales member *Possibility to work as a salesperson (negotiation with our business partner, sales expansion activities, etc.) in the future. - Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2-3 years of experience as a sales coordinator or sales assistant in a trading company. - Experience support Import & Export - Business level of English with overseas suppliers - Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - High communication skills - Can deal with negotiation or sales activity in the future <Personality> -Diligent person -Can work with the company for the long term -Willingness to learn new things <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience as a sales
