Sales Support (Steel Department) (18K-22K) (SDG-80230) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขาย (แผนกเหล็ก) <Job Responsibilities> - Controlling cargo arrival and inventory level, JIT service supporting/delivery supporting - Handling sales support function, sales document ex. SO, PO, Invoice documents related to import-export - Communicating and coordinating with both Suppliers and customers for smooth business and delivery transaction - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 23-27 years old - Bachelor's Degree of Business Admin / Business International / Logistics - 2 years’ experience of sales support, purchasing or related with Import and Export - Good command in English (Speaking and writing) - Hard work and capable to work under pressure - Good personalities and attitude <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Trading company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:20 (Mon-Fri, Hybrid (Can apply WFH 2 days/Week/ After probation)) About the Benefits Salary: 18,000–22,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automotive product Business Type: General Trading Company; Rubber / Resin / Plastic

เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขาย (แผนกเหล็ก) (18K-22K) (SDG-80230) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ควบคุมการมาถึงของสินค้าและระดับสินค้าคงคลัง, รองรับบริการ JIT/รองรับการจัดส่ง - ดูแลงานขาย เอกสารการขาย เช่น SO, PO, เอกสารอินวอยซ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า-ส่งออก - สื่อสารและประสานงานกับทั้งซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าสำหรับการทำธุรกรรมทางธุรกิจและการส่งมอบที่ราบรื่น - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 23-27 ปี - ปริญญาตรีบริหารธุรกิจ / ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ / โลจิสติกส์ - ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ในด้านการสนับสนุนการขาย การจัดซื้อหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้าและส่งออก - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูดและเขียน) - ทำงานหนักและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ - บุคลิกและทัศนคติที่ดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทการค้า ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS เพลินจิต กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำงาน : 8:30-17:20 น.
