Sales Support Staff (CHN) (30K–60K) (SDG-100039) พนักงานสนับสนุนการขาย (ภาษาจีน) <Job responsibilities> - Communicate with clients about schedules, orders or prices - Arrange orders from external vendors or oversea branches (China, Thailand) - Manage shipping instructions according to orders - Issue quotations according to customer support engineer - Update the process to and issue invoice/follow-up payments - Sometimes visit clients(in case of problem or urgent) - Support engineer or Japanese in terms of documentation - Plan business trip or Arrange schedule in coordination with customers - Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - สื่อสารกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับกำหนดการ คำสั่งซื้อ หรือราคา - จัดเตรียมคำสั่งซื้อจากผู้ขายภายนอกหรือสาขาต่างประเทศ (ประเทศจีน, ประเทศไทย) - จัดการคำแนะนำในการจัดส่งตามคำสั่งซื้อ - ออกใบเสนอราคาตามวิศวกรฝ่ายสนับสนุนลูกค้า - อัปเดตกระบวนการและออกใบแจ้งหนี้/ติดตามการชำระเงิน - เดินทางพบลูกค้าบางครั้ง (กรณีเกิดปัญหาหรือเร่งด่วน) - สนับสนุนวิศวกรหรือชาวญี่ปุ่นในด้านเอกสาร - วางแผนการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจหรือจัดตารางเวลาในการประสานงานกับลูกค้า - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 1 year experience as sales, purchasing, sales/engineer assistant, customer support in any industry - Conversational high level of Chinese (HSK5 up or studying/working in China) - Conversational high level of English - Person who can think and act independently - Person who can be flexible in start-up situation - Person who can understand Japanese culture <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree from Engineering field - Experience as salesperson of industrial machinery or made-to-order equipment Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Sat: Depends on the company calendar)) About the Benefits 30,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Intensive Mixer, Etc.
