Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination - Communicate with suppliers and customers via email (English) - Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory - Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting - Assist in preparing documents and presentations for internal and external use - Visit clients 2 or 3 times / week by company car with drivers - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・At least 2-year experience as sales, sales admin or sales assistant in any filed. ・Conversational middle level of English (For reading and writing level) ・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools ・Ability to work cooperatively in a small team ・Can join before April 1st <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working in Japanese companies ・Experience handling multiple tasks in parallel ・Conversational high level of Japanese
