Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Communicate with clients to understand their requirements. - Present company services that align with clients’ needs. - Review client requirements and coordinate internal cost estimation to prepare competitive quotations. - Prepare and issue quotations. - Check clients’ financial information to request credit approval. - Maintain clear communication and coordination with internal operations teams and overseas agents to support sales activities effectively. - Acquire new customers and expand existing customer accounts. - Prepare performance reports and present them to supervisors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales support, or a Coordinator in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry. - Conversational middle level of English (Client, Email, Report) - Proficient in Microsoft (Word and PowerPoint). <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese company - Able to join immediately
