- Support senior staff in the trading business and affiliates control.
- Making sales contracts, purchase contracts, purchase orders, delivery orders, all related shipping documents, tax invoices, etc.
- Work with senior staff for new business development.
- Perform as GM secretary in assisting in divisional matters, inputting WF, arranging business trips and entertainment, etc.
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field is related.
- At least 3 years of work experience as an Admin, Sales Support in any trading company
- Have experience in making sales contracts, purchase contracts, purchase orders, delivery orders, all related shipping documents, tax invoices, etc.
- Conversational High level in English for communicating with Japanese GM, both speaking and writing

- Demonstrates accuracy and speed in meeting deadlines and managing schedules, with a consistently positive attitude
<Preferable>
- Have experience in the Mobility business.
