<Job Responsibilities> 1. Sales Support (70%) - Prepare and manage sales-related documents (e.g., quotations, invoices, purchase orders) - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations - Handle PO processing and follow up on order status - Support invoice preparation and perform basic calculations - Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks 2. Japanese Interpretation (30%) - Provide interpretation support (Thai–Japanese) during meetings - Attend daily meetings and assist with communication between Japanese and local staff - Translate basic documents if required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Fresh Graduate or 1 year experiece as sales support, coordination, or admin tasks are welcome *Transcript are required - Conversation High level in Japanese (JLPT N3–N2 level) , To communicate with Japanese management, clients, external parties, operate documents - Conversation Middle in English, To operate documents and external parties - Basic knowledge of invoicing and calculations - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data handling) <Personality> Good communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - PLC will be an advantage. .
