Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support Sales Representatives to propose, respond to enquiries, send invoice etc. to Japanese customers.
- Coordinate with the Product Owner team to solve problems for the application, both Thai and Japanese
- Create customer report, sales report, other necessary reports with advice from Sales Representatives and/or Sales Manager, and Directors
- Visit customers with Sales Representatives to get requirements or feedback, and market situation from customers
- Explain basic information the product to potential customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable
- Prepare presentation material
- Support existing customers for any issue via email, phone
- Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support
- Conversational high in Japanese to communicate with Head Quarter, Clients, and internal *JLPT N3 or higher
- Conversational Middle in English for email and documents
- Able to use MS office
<Preferable>
- Strong understanding of IT/OT solutions
- Basic knowledge of IoT/IT products
