Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Sales Support - To prepare quotations and various sales-related documents to support sales members - To issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to factories - To check incoming products and parts, all imported and produced, are completely accurate - To support the sales team and coordinate with other divisions as required by the Report line - To issue billing documents and invoices, and follow up on payments - To forecast expected revenue and payment schedules to support financial planning. - To summarize marketing data and sales activity reports. 2. Import & Logistics Coordination - To control delivery schedules and manage spare parts inventory - To coordinate import activities and communication with shipping agents for spare parts 3. Interpreter & Translation - To act as a secretary for the General Manager (Report Line) - To interpret duties in various internal and external meetings and prepare meeting minutes - To translate documents between Thai, Japanese, and English as needed. 4. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Japanese Language, or any related field - At least 3 years of experience in Sales support, Admin, or interpreter-related functions - Experience in PO, PR, Invoice, Billing, or other Sales-related documents - Experience in the importing process and overseeing inventory - Conversational High Level in Japanese (Communicate with the Japanese report line, report, and interpret in the meeting) - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with the External, reports, and other documents) <In Details> - Have the skills to be a good follower and multitask - Good conversation and negotiation skills - Able to set up the priorities of the tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in an Asphalt Mixing Plant - Conversational High to Business Level in English (TOEIC score 700 up)
