Sales Support / Customer Service (Freight Forwarder) (25K–30K) (SDG-115679) <Job responsibilities> - Help manage current customer accounts - Confirm freight bookings and track orders - Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments and documents as required by customers - set up Any documentation - Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls - maintain relationships with carriers and customers - Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers - Solve customer and carrier problems and Help resolve issues - Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to - other related duties as assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in any field - At least 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service in a logistics or freight forwarding company - Conversational high level in English for Communicating with Italian Director and customers - Comprehensive knowledge and Experience in freight forwarding, Air, Ocean, Road, customs brokerage, logistics, distribution, and documentation. - Extremely Proactive, Responsible, and well-organized - Proficiency in MS office and database Management - communication and interpersonal skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related fields. - Can work under pressure - Communicate with team member proactively - TOEIC 700 up Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits 25,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Global Logistics provider with a worldwide network Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing;
