Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle customer inquiries (mainly email, some phone calls) - Manage sales and purchase orders - Assist in preparing sales documents (quotations, invoices, contracts) - Coordinate schedules and meetings for the sales team - Maintain and update customer information - Receive and forward customer complaints to relevant departments - Coordinate delivery schedules and inventory with internal teams - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field - Conversational high-level of Chinese - At least 1 year of work experience in sales or sales assistant - Conversational middle level of English to communicate with Japanese staff - Basic skills of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint <Preferable Skill / Experience> - At least 3years of sales or sales assistant experience with Steel/Metal/Coil selling to Electronic Parts or Automotive Parts Industry, or other related materials - Working experience at a Chinese company
