Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team - Coordinate and arrange schedules for client visits and internal meetings - Accompany sales representatives on client visits (2–3 times per week) - Handle Japanese–Thai interpretation during meetings, phone calls, and client visits - Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders - Participate in cross-office meetings (English as the official internal language; Japanese for communication with the China office) - Other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree *Fresh graduates welcome - Having experience in sales support or interpretation in any industry - At least conversational-high level of Japanese to translate and talk with Japanese (Up to N2) - At least conversational-middle of English to communicate internally <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having work experience in a Japanese company
