Work outline: Carrier sales support and budget control analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales support
Order process in SAP including project creation, key in order, issuing invoice and delivery order note
Coordinate with warehouse for delivery to customer
Support to project review
Budget control:
Support for order and sales forecast reporting
Operate other data analysis reporting

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of experience of working related sales operation and analysis
Experience using either an ERP., SAP
Good computer skill especially Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Looks ups, Macros) and PowerPoint
Good communication skills and able to communicate English
Able to work under pressure
Have passion in analysis

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Asoke or MRT Sukhumvit
Working Hour Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 *flexible time from 7:30 – 9:00 and count 9 hrs.*
