Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle order processing from wholesale customers
- Manage inventory using the company’s internal system
- Confirm shipments and oversee delivery schedules
- Support purchasing and sales order procedures
- Assist with general affairs tasks such as creating internal postings and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide administrative support to the sales department
- Communicate in English with the Japanese Managing Director
- Act as the sole sales administration staff with support from the sales team
- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 2 years working experience of back-office tasks such as sales support and admin in any field
- Conversational high level of English (For communicating with Japanese members internally)
- The person who proactively communicates with related people.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Business level of English
