Work Outline: Handle with all document that related with sales activities and Contact with supplier
Duties & Responsibilities:
Issuing necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
Supporting sales team for inventory and delivery issue
Calculating price and create quotation
Coordinating with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
Contact with supplier(Valve, Automotive and Chemical Manufacturing or Construction company etc.) via Email in English
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female only, age 25-30 years old
At least 2 years’ experience in Administration field or Sales Support
Bachelor’s degree in any field
English is Advanced conversational Leve (Reading and Writing mainly)
Able to commute from home to company. Within about 1 hour
High Self-management in duty
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have experience in Admin or Sales Support especially in Trading or Manufacturing Company
Good command of Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 16,750 – 21,120 THB (Basic)
