<Job responsibilities>
□In charge of Sales activities related to the PCB Assembly business (Existing 80%, New 20%)
- Coordinate with the Factory side about manufacturing of products
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
- Build and promote Strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- other duties assigned
**Client's area will be Bangkok and industrial area
**Have a company car with drivers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in the Electric components or EMS industry
- Having sales Supervisor, leader or chief Experience
- Conversational high level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational level of Japanese
