Job Description
<Key Responsibilities> - Plan and schedule the delivery of various types of sugar according to quota A for domestic sales agents. - Monitor and update delivery data to comply with regulations. Execute sales plans for raw sugar under quota B through sales traders for export. - Present sales of sugar quotas (total produced sugar -quotas A and B) through international sales agents - Control and monitor monthly sales targets for all products - Analyze customer data to identify trends and purchase requirements to offer suitable products to each customer. - Present sales, recommend products, gather customer needs and details - Visit customers (agents and retailers) to understand problems and obstacles in operations and maintain consistent relationships with customers. - Propose pricing, discounts, or special conditions to supervisors for approval - Monitor production, export information, FOB prices, and current economic conditions to report market movements and competitor activities - Verify the accuracy of sales contracts, including customer names, product details, quantities, prices, and special conditions such as deposit requirements. <Product Delivery Control> - Develop export plans in line with agreements and coordinate with relevant departments - Coordinate transportation planning with agents, traders, shippers, shipping companies, and insurance companies - Oversee and verify the accuracy and completeness of customs documentation prepared by shippers, shipping companies, and insurance companies - Review all logistics expenses, including trailer fees, warehouse rental, and cargo insurance - Oversee and manage the storage of goods in the port warehouse for export, ensuring proper organization and efficient use of space. - Coordinate with relevant departments such as production, warehousing, quality control, and quality assurance to collaboratively plan operations, including sales, production, quality inspection, storage, and shipping - Select transportation companies with proven track records and quality services to bid on the transportation of sugar both internationally and domestically. <Documentation and Sales Reporting> - Review Monthly Sales Figures - Prepare Sales Contracts - Prepare report with sugar stock numbers at the Laem Chabang port warehouse and send it to the Office of the Cane and Sugar Board every 15 days. - Sugar Price Summary Report: gathering information from the Thai Sugar Trading Corporation (TSTC).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration - 5 year experience as a B2B Sales from Food&Beverages or Food Ingredients - Experience in Fluctuation Analysis Report - Conversation high to Business level in English (TOEIC 650), use with Japanese Management and Japanese client - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint. Excel (vlookup pivot)) - Able to visit Udon Factory, 1-2 days/month <Personality> - Communicate smoothly with different types of people - Able to think & act independently - Strong interest in business management & operational improvements. <Preferable> - SAP programme
