Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and expand the domestic customer base; evaluate and select suitable distributors and partners, and report to the manager. - Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through regular meetings and consultations. - Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Provide product knowledge, technical advice, and after-sales support to customers. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction. - Prepare sales reports, meeting summaries, and report to the manager. - Negotiate sales terms with customers, including new product testing and related agreements. - Supervise and manage sales operations, including subordinate staff. - Propose and execute sales promotion activities, and report to the manager. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in any field - Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales experience (in any tangible product) - Background chemical knowledge (from work experience or education background such as from High School/ University time) - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel upcountry/provincial areas - Conversational Low to High in English (English documents, email etc.) - Strong communication and negotiation skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Education or Experience Background related to chemistry - Experience in Chemical product's Sales
