Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
1. Sales Operations & Customer Support
-To support the Senior Executive in following up about Advanced Product Quality Planning 
- To support Order information and delivery control
- To support attending a customer meeting
- To inform the customer of the request to internal and follow up on the answer
- To support the Executive for the satisfaction survey of customers and follow up
- To support the Senior Executive in calculating the Analysis of Customer Satisfaction
- To support the Manager, Senior Executive, and Executive with price information
- To report quality problems to customers and support customer requirements
- To monitor the score card from the customer and inform the factory
- To control the order quantity shown in the ERP and the actual order/forecast from customers
- To submit the VA/VE proposal and follow up on the approval

2. Documentation & Administrative Tasks
- To support the staff in issuing the monthly sales amount document
- To attend the ISO/IATF training and issue the documents
- To evaluate the environmental aspect that concerns to Sales Dept.
- To submit the packaging standard and follow up for the approval
- To submit the process change request to the customer and follow up on the approval

3. Internal Coordination & Process Support
- To support for internal kick-off meeting
- To support internal drawing control until the finish
- To provide advice and support for the system process audit
- To support Co-Check
- To support staff in following the packaging standard and follow up for the approval
- To control the design's change schedule and follow up with PC

4. External Coordination
-To support for outside company's stock control

5. Other Duties
- To perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- ฺBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales in Manufacturing or trading for the Automotive industry
- Conversational High Level in Japanese JLPT N2 
  (Communicate with Japanese Management and Japanese customers)
- Conversational Middle Level in English
  (Use for reports, emails, documents, and internal usage)
- Able to handle sales documents such as invoices, PO, PI, etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

<In Details>
- Coordinate effectively between the sales team, customers, and internal departments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates
- Follow up with customers on orders, delivery, and documents
- Respond to urgent customer requests with clarity and calm

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in a Japanese Company
- At least 1 year of experience in the Automotive Industry
- At least 1 year of experience as Sales Supervisor with subordinates
- Able to control overall information in ERP
- Knowledge about the New Model
- Holds a Driving License
