Sales staff (JP) (30K-40K) (SDG-79510) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job Responsibilities> You will be in charge of existing customer (80%) and new customer (20%) by using Thai and Japanese language half by half. - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and e-mail - Visit clients in industrial areas (Chonburi, Samutprakarn, Rayong, Prachinburi, Chachoengsao, etc.) about 3 days/week by company car (driver is provided) - Gain a clear understanding of customers ‘businesses and requirements. - Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales. - Negotiate price, delivery schedule and specifications between suppliers and customers - Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations. - Finding new suppliers and products for Client needs - Revise the quotation for the new items. /Attend the supplier's meeting - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Female, age 28-35 years old - Bachelor's degree in any related field - More than 3 years of working experiences as B-to-B Sales at any industry - Business level of Japanese - Basic level of English (For documentation only) - Well understandable for Japanese culture and working style - Computer literacy (Excel, MS words) - Not job hopper <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in Japanese trading company - Working experience to study in Japan Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: Business Level Workplace Area: BTS Promphong, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:30 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Electronic Products (Trading-Circuit Boards, Fingerprints, Resistor ,Battery Parts Etc.) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) (30K-40K) (SDG-79510) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> คุณจะรับผิดชอบลูกค้าเดิม (80%) และลูกค้าใหม่ (20%) โดยใช้ภาษาไทยและญี่ปุ่นครึ่งหนึ่ง - รักษาและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเดิมผ่านการประชุม โทรศัพท์ และอีเมล - เยี่ยมลูกค้าในเขตอุตสาหกรรม (ชลบุรี สมุทรปราการ ระยอง ปราจีนบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา ฯลฯ) ประมาณ 3 วัน/สัปดาห์ โดยรถยนต์ของบริษัท (มีคนขับให้) - ทำความเข้าใจธุรกิจและความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างชัดเจน - เจรจาเงื่อนไขข้อตกลงและปิดการขาย - ต่อรองราคา กำหนดการส่งมอบ และข้อกำหนดระหว่างซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้า - คำนวณต้นทุนที่ถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า - ค้นหาซัพพลายเออร์และผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่สำหรับความต้องการของลูกค้า - แก้ไขใบเสนอราคาสำหรับรายการใหม่ /เข้าร่วมการประชุมซัพพลายเออร์ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 28-35 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปีในฐานะ B-to-B Sales ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม - ระดับธุรกิจภาษาญี่ปุ่น - ระดับพื้นฐานภาษาอังกฤษ (สำหรับเอกสารเท่านั้น) - เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมและรูปแบบการทำงานของญี่ปุ่นได้ดี - ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Excel, MS word) - ไม่ใช่ผู้เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทการค้าญี่ปุ่น - ประสบการณ์ทำงานไปศึกษาต่อที่ญี่ปุ่น ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับพื้นฐาน ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ระดับธุรกิจ สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS พร้อมพงษ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 9:00-17:30 น.
