Sales staff (to become manager) (Japanese Speaking)
(45K – 55K) (SDG-64402)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• 80％ Sales to new companies *Using Japanese language (to visit clients and increase the number of orders.)
• 20％ Sales to existing companies *Using Japanese language (Usually, sales support staff is taking care of it. But sales have to visit clients in an emergency)
• Manage some subordinates in the future
• Report to Thai manager and Japanese GM by Thai and Japanese
• Manage order, inventory, delivery according to clients requirements
• Make a quotation. Including negotiating with customers
• Other assigned tasks
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience as Sales in Japanese manufacturing companies (especially related to plastic materials. )
• Advanced Conversational middle level of Japanese (Above N3)
• Be able to solve the problem
• Be able to think flexible
• Have willingness
• Have driving license and own car (to commute and visit clients)
• Advanced conversational middle level of English is preferable
• Not Job hopper is preferable
• Have experience of management is preferable

Workplace Area: Nong Bon Daeng, Ban Bueng, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon- Fri day *Saturday: Once a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• 80％ ขายให้บริษัทใหม่ *ใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น (เพื่อเยี่ยมลูกค้าและเพิ่มจำนวนคำสั่งซื้อ)
• 20％ ขายให้บริษัทที่มีอยู่ *ใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ปกติพนักงานขายจะดูแล แต่ฝ่ายขายต้องไปพบลูกค้าในกรณีฉุกเฉิน)
• จัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาบางส่วนในอนาคต
• รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวไทยและผู้จัดการทั่วไปชาวญี่ปุ่น โดยชาวไทยและชาวญี่ปุ่น
• จัดการคำสั่งซื้อ สินค้าคงคลัง การจัดส่ง ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ทำใบเสนอราคา รวมถึงการเจรจากับลูกค้า
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายในบริษัทผู้ผลิตญี่ปุ่น (โดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัสดุพลาสติก )
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา (N3ขึ้นไป)
• สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้
• สามารถคิดได้อย่างคล่องตัว
• มีความเต็มใจ
• มีใบขับขี่และมีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเอง (เพื่อสัญจรและเยี่ยมลูกค้า)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อยจะดีมาก
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
