Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Get business opportunities for application software development for the main Japanese manufacturing company. - Search for business opportunities in the market, and aroused the interest of prospective customers by communicating with our System Engineer. - Make an effective proposal to a prospective customer with our system engineer. - Follow application software development projects to satisfy customers’ requirements. - Confirm the customer's budget, expected schedule, and decision-making process. - Follow up with customers for their decision-making process. - Make and exchange contracts, such as MSA (Master Service Agreement), SOW (Statement of Work), and so on, between our customers. - Make a quotation through the internal system and submit it to the customer. - Check the issuing of the billing documents. - Handle any other matters related to our sales and marketing activities, such as events or creating materials.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, specifically for Manufacturing systems or ERP Sales within the IT software industry. - Conversational high level of English proficiency for effective internal and external communication, including emails and documentation. <Details> - Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds (nationality, age, religion, etc.). - Logical thinking, strong basic mathematical skills, and a solid awareness of costs and profits. - Determined and tenacious mindset, able to persevere through challenging situations and persistently work towards achieving set goals. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Have Sales experience in IT Project of Manufacturing (Production) or SCM (Logistics). *Nice to have - Experience in System Integration (Applications) business. *Nice to have
