เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย-รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain existing customers and find new customers.
• Listening to customers needs to keep good relationship.
• Visiting customers by company car with driver.
• Collect document and proceed sales activities to achieve KPI.
• Making sales progressive record and quotation control sheet to summarize in data analysis.
• Coordinate with every department to make operation smooth.
• Make report, monitor and managing all sales activities
• Follow ISO 9001 operation and summarize the results for report.
• Special assignment from Manager and Assistant General Manager.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2-3 years experience as sales in shipping line, freight forwarder and/or logistics is a must.
• Advance conversational middle to high level in English
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, power point) and e-mail communication.
• Own car and Driving License.
• Bachelor Degree in logistics is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-รักษาลูกค้าเดิมและหาลูกค้าใหม่
-การรับฟังลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
-เยี่ยมลูกค้าโดยรถของบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ
-รวบรวมเอกสารและดำเนินกิจกรรมการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI
-จัดทำบันทึกการขายแบบก้าวหน้าและแผ่นควบคุมใบเสนอราคาเพื่อสรุปในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
-ประสานงานกับทุกแผนกเพื่อให้การทำงานราบรื่น
-จัดทำรายงานตรวจสอบและจัดการกิจกรรมการขายทั้งหมด
-ติดตามการทำงานของ ISO 9001 และสรุปผลเพื่อรายงาน
-งานพิเศษจากผู้จัดการและผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการทั่วไป

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 25-35 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี
-ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปีในการขายในสายการเดินเรือผู้ขนส่งสินค้าและ / หรือโลจิสติกส์
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
-มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS Office (word, excel, power point) และการสื่อสารทางอีเมล
-มีรถยนต์และใบขับขี่
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์เป็นที่ต้องการ
