Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention. - Process purchase orders and follow up on order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and payment status. - Provide product information and technical coordination related to printing consumables. - Monitor customer usage trends and proactively suggest suitable products or improvements. - Coordinate internally with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. - Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account activity updates. - Support clients with product updates, pricing adjustments, and contract renewals. - Other assigned task by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Any bachelor's degree - At least 1 year of experience in sales for industrial products - Able to visit customers every day - English conversational middle level (Documents and email) - Driving license with own car (Car maintenance allowance provided) - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Well-groomed with a professional and approachable presence. <Deatials> - Have presentation skills, able to open and close the deal - Skills in analyzing, planning, and problem-solving. - Quick thinking and quick decision-making. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree in Printing Technology, Management, or related fields. - Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
