Sales Staff (Japanese Speaking) (30K-40K) (SDG-23878) <Job Responsibilities> Support exporting procedure of component parts to Head Office (EGYPT) and Japanese partner Make updated quotation monthly base on exchange rate Coordinate with Thai suppliers about new specification of parts as per customer request to get a quotation and supply parts to customer Issue Invoice and purchase order to supplier Negotiate and follow up with each supplier about delivery Issue invoice, packing and arrange shipment (Sea Shipment and Air Shipment) according to buyers request Read and check Letter of Credit (L/C) Issue shipping documents as per Letter of Credit (L/C) request, including Bill of Loading document (B/L) and related privileged form (Form CO) and finally present to bank
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, male/female, 25-30 years Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in export field Able to use Microsoft Office especially excel (Vlookup) Good command of speaking and writing English Good command of speaking and writing Japanese (At least N3) <Preferable Skill / Experience> Experience in trading at consumer electronics manufacturers Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: Conversational level Workplace Area: BTS Surasak, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:00 About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Consumer electronics and electrical equipment Business Type: General Trading Company; General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;
