Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To coordinate sales activities and maintain effective communication with customers - To follow up on ongoing sales and explore business opportunities with potential clients - To handle purchasing and procurement tasks in accordance with company policies - To negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency - To liaise and coordinate with external parties, including vendors and partners - To communicate and coordinate with Japanese customers and Japanese stakeholders - To prepare various reports and submit them to supervisors and management as required - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Japanese, or any related field - At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Assistant, or Purchasing from the Manufacturing industry - Experience in negotiating prices with suppliers and import-export, and sales documents - Conversational High Level In Japanese (JLPT N3) (Communicate with the Japanese Sales Manager and the Japanese customers) - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with suppliers, emails, reports, and documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook <In Details> - Coordination & Multitasking - Negotiation Skills - Problem-Solving <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experinece in Working with Japanese - Experience in Automotive parts Manufacturing Industries - Hold a driving license and have your own car
