Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > To support and develop the company’s food ingredient business by coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, also identifying customer needs and supporting the development of the company’s exclusive products and market opportunities. <Job Responsibilities> - To find new customers, evaluate suppliers, and prepare sales and import documents - To support trading-related activities for food ingredient products - To support documents and FDA requirements and customs duties for food ingredients - To coordinate delivery methods and schedules with customers and suppliers - To co-develop projects by sending samples and supporting prototype development - To consult with customers and propose solutions for technical or product-related issues - To propose ideas for the company's exclusive products based on customer needs - To analyze food and supplement market trends - To support the identification of potential new sales channels - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Development or other related field - At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Person in food materials for Food Manufacturing - Experience in handling food ingredient products and supplier coordination, and sales documents - Experience in connecting with R&D Customers and have a list of Food Factory - Experience in the regulation of the FDA for importing products - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese Management, headquarters, suppliers, email, report, and document) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Have your own car with a driver's license <In Details> - Communication & Coordination Skills - Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking - Learning Agility & Adaptability <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in a Food Material Trading Company - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or Nutrition
