Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Promote and sell fragrance products to existing and prospective customers - Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure long-term business partnerships - Identify and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities - Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and conduct negotiations with clients - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth - Monitor market trends and customer needs to provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery - There is a possibility of taking on the same responsibilities described above for Flavors products as well. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in the fragrance industry) - Conversational high in English to communicate with the report line and foreign clients - Own car and driving licence (Able to go visit client 2-3 times a week, mainly in Bangkok and some surrounding areas) <Details> - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple accounts and effectively prioritize tasks - Proactive and results-oriented mindset <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in food science or chemical (cosmetic) is preferable
