Sales Staff (Film and Functional Department) (25K–40K) (SDG-94065)
พนักงานขาย (ฝ่ายภาพยนตร์และฟังก์ชั่น)
<Job Responsibilities>
• Search customers and project, make an appointment, visiting.
• Make good trust relationship, make test sample, analyze, and get new PO.
• Maintain exist customers.
o Keep in touch with customers and visiting.
o Checks forecast and get new PO and new project.
• Support customer’s request.
o documents, solve quality problem, delivery problem.
• Communicate with Japan and other country’s supplier.
o Delivery, im-export, quality, customer documents requested, analyze and another sales matter.
• Communicate with internal department.
o Delivery, im-export, quality, customer documents requested, analyze and another sales matter.

• Support manager and team members.
• Visit potential customer in ASEAN country (if necessary).
• Visit Japan and other country’s supplier (if necessary).
• Make PDCA cycle form.
• Make sales report.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
- More than 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing field
- Car Have own car and driving license.
- Experience in sales of film and packaging (Food industry only-Must).
- Communication skill with good characteristics (Must).
- Negotiation Skill
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skill for report or presentation to internally and customers (preferred).
- Good command in English for internal and external communications
<Preferrable skill/experience>
- More than approx. 50 employees working preferred
- Film related company or business preferred.
- Communication skill to negotiate with Japanese and other Country’s company of supplier and customers about delivery, quality, requested documents and another sales matter. (preferred).
- Experience in Import & export business and (3 parties trading) (preferred).

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
• ค้นหาลูกค้าและโครงการ นัดหมาย เข้าพบ
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สร้างตัวอย่างทดสอบ วิเคราะห์ และรับ PO ใหม่
• รักษาลูกค้าที่มีอยู่
o ติดต่อกับลูกค้าและการเยี่ยมชม
o ตรวจสอบการคาดการณ์และรับ PO ใหม่และโครงการใหม่
• สนับสนุนคำขอของลูกค้า
o เอกสาร, แก้ปัญหาคุณภาพ, ปัญหาการจัดส่ง
• สื่อสารกับประเทศญี่ปุ่นและซัพพลายเออร์ของประเทศอื่นๆ
o การจัดส่ง นำเข้า-ส่งออก คุณภาพ เอกสารที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ วิเคราะห์ และเรื่องการขายอื่นๆ
• ติดต่อสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานภายใน

• ผู้จัดการฝ่ายสนับสนุนและสมาชิกในทีม
• เข้าพบลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพในประเทศอาเซียน (หากจำเป็น)
• เข้าพบซัพพลายเออร์ชาวญี่ปุ่นและประเทศอื่นๆ (หากจำเป็น)
• จัดทำแบบฟอร์มวงจร PDCA
• ทำรายงานการขาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปีในด้านการขายและการตลาด
- รถยนต์ มีรถยนต์และใบขับขี่เป็นของตนเอง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายฟิล์มและบรรจุภัณฑ์ (อุตสาหกรรมอาหารเท่านั้น-ต้อง)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี (Must)
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- ทักษะ MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) สำหรับรายงานหรือการนำเสนอต่อภายในและลูกค้า (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารภายในและภายนอกได้ดี
<ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ทำงานกับพนักงานประมาณ 50 คนขึ้นไป
- ต้องการผู้ที่มาจากบริษัทหรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาพยนตร์
- ทักษะในการสื่อสารเพื่อเจรจากับบริษัทซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าของญี่ปุ่นและประเทศอื่น ๆ เกี่ยวกับการจัดส่ง คุณภาพ เอกสารที่ขอ และเรื่องการขายอื่น ๆ (ต้องการ)
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจนำเข้าและส่งออกและ (การค้า 3 ฝ่าย) (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
