Job Description
• Promote our product, approach, and penetrate potential customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones • Confirm all data or information required from customer to coordinate & progress any considerations • Visit customer by company car (Driver provided) • Handle customer case problem, Claim, Complaint, Satisfaction and Requirement concern. • Handle Sales Activities for Maintain and expand sales to existing and new customer • Coordinate with production department about product drawing, product quality • Handle RFQ, Release Quotation and Monitoring status of Quotation and Negotiate Selling Price & Sales condition etc. with customer & internal • Goal Management (KPI) for sales action & amount, Sales Report, Sales Budget Plan consideration • E-mail in Japanese for business with internal person & outside person (Customers) • Participate in / Meeting with Customer Inside - Outside Company • Support Japanese Manager Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Average 3-4 day per year)
Job Requirement
• Age 25-35 years • Bachelor's degree in any field • Have working experience at least 2 years as Sales/ Sales Engineer from automotive manufacturing industry • Understand the general operations and systems of Automotive Industry (RFQ, Quotation, Drawings, Specifications, quality document) • Conversational middle - high level of Japanese (Must have JLPT N3 up) • Conversational low - middle level of English • Able to use MS Office • Have working experience as Sales Engineer in automotive industry is preferable
