Sales Staff (Electronic Components) (30K–35K) (SDG-101830) พนักงานฝ่ายขาย (ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์) <Job responsibilities> This position is in charge of sales related to electronic parts. - Contact the existing clients to maintain the business partnership/business development (visit clients, introduce products, make a proposal according to clients' request) *Main client is Japanese company *After joining, mainly take care of existing client and need to take care of new client in future *Company car with a driver will be provided *Need to visit for 2-3 times / week - Products: mainly Electronic Components for all of markets. - Take care of Existing customers around 80% and New clients around 20%. - Visiting the existing customers (BKK, Chonburi, Rayong, etc.). - Dealing with new customers. - Communicate with HQ In Japan or our suppliers. - Price negotiation, order management, inventory management, delivery date management, sales collection - Deal with clients and staff via e-mail and telephone - Documentations related to sales (ex. quotation) - Handle about business development task - Other tasks as assigned *Visit to client with manager until you get used to work <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ตำแหน่งนี้รับผิดชอบการขายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ - ติดต่อลูกค้าปัจจุบันเพื่อรักษาความเป็นหุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจ/การพัฒนาธุรกิจ (พบลูกค้า แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ ทำข้อเสนอตามคำขอของลูกค้า) *ลูกค้าหลักคือบริษัทญี่ปุ่น *หลังจากเข้าร่วมแล้ว ให้ดูแลลูกค้าปัจจุบันเป็นหลัก และจำเป็นต้องดูแลลูกค้าใหม่ในอนาคต *มีรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับให้บริการ *ต้องเข้าพบ 2-3 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ - ผลิตภัณฑ์: ส่วนใหญ่เป็นชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับทุกตลาด - ดูแลลูกค้าปัจจุบันประมาณ 80% และลูกค้าใหม่ประมาณ 20% - ออกพบลูกค้าปัจจุบัน (กทม. ชลบุรี ระยอง ฯลฯ) - ติดต่อกับลูกค้าใหม่ - สื่อสารกับสำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่นหรือซัพพลายเออร์ - การต่อรองราคา, การจัดการคำสั่งซื้อ, การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง, การจัดการวันที่ส่งมอบ, การรวบรวมยอดขาย - ติดต่อกับลูกค้าและพนักงานผ่านทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์ - เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย (เช่น ใบเสนอราคา) - จัดการเกี่ยวกับงานพัฒนาธุรกิจ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย *ไปพบลูกค้ากับผู้จัดการจนกว่าคุณจะชินกับการทำงาน
