Duties & Responsibility

New in sales to Japanese companies
(Clients)
Japanese companies in general to the office relocation and plant establishment
(Sales area)
Main is Bangkok office area, sometimes there is a case to go to the factory
(By Train or Taxi)
(Products)
Interior and exterior design, plan, and construction work for office or industrial businesses
(Detail)
The main is new development of Japanese clients (Tell,Emaii,Walkin,etc.)
Advise clients on interior design factors, such as: space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings, equipment
Develop schematic designs from established project programs based on the clients’ needs.
Assist in construction administration of projects, and review of submittals and finish samples.
Allocate and adjust budget amounts in coordination with client and Design Director.
Produce and organize the finish schedules.
Support business development and marketing efforts, when needed.
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or female, age 25 - 35, Thai nationality
Bachelor degree in Interior and exterior design or any related field
Strong basic at sales Knowledge
Minimum 2 years experience in sales or marketing fields
Able to use Microsoft office
Good command in English to speak in company and concerned parties
[Prefer]
Japanese is preferable
Languages skills:
English: Conversational level

Working Hour:09:00 - 18:00 (Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 28,000-30,000 THB/ Month
