Sales Staff (Construction Machinery) (30K–40K) (SDG-105496) พนักงานขาย (เครื่องจักรก่อสร้าง) <Job responsibilities> - Research potential customer and make appointment with clients - Visit clients and propose their products * Client's area : Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Chonburi, etc. - Mainly Responsible for hunting new customers with the senior Manager. Initial main target is Local and Chinese companies based in Thailand. - The candidate will be responsible to take initiative of the meeting(s) with the Thai members . - the candidate will need to be Strong in communication and relationship creation with potential clients through face to face meetings and/or Web-meetings - Strong will and passion to create and develop a new market who sympathizes with the company mission and values - Confident self-starter with excellent networking and persuasion skills - Good communication, PowerPoint and presentation skills - High standards of customer responsivelness, honesty and integrity - Able to work well in a team and appreciate cultural difference and diversity - Have the desire to succeed in a dynamic start-up environment - Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ค้นหาลูกค้าเป้าหมายและนัดหมายกับลูกค้า - เข้าพบลูกค้าและเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ * พื้นที่ลูกค้า : กรุงเทพฯ อยุธยา ชลบุรี ฯลฯ - รับผิดชอบหลักในการหาลูกค้าใหม่ร่วมกับผู้จัดการอาวุโส เป้าหมายหลักเบื้องต้นคือบริษัทท้องถิ่นและบริษัทจีนที่ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศไทย - รับผิดชอบในการเริ่มต้นการประชุมกับสมาชิกชาวไทย - สามารถสื่อสารและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าผ่านการประชุมแบบตัวต่อตัวและ/หรือการประชุมทางเว็บ - มีความตั้งใจและความมุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างและพัฒนาตลาดใหม่ที่สอดคล้องกับภารกิจและค่านิยมของบริษัท - มั่นใจในการเริ่มต้นตนเองด้วยทักษะการสร้างเครือข่ายและการโน้มน้าวใจที่ยอดเยี่ยม - มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร PowerPoint และการนำเสนอที่ดี - มาตรฐานระดับสูงในการตอบสนองลูกค้า ความซื่อสัตย์ - สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และชื่นชมความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรมและความหลากหลาย - มีความปรารถนาที่จะประสบความสำเร็จในสภาพแวดล้อมการเริ่มต้นธุรกิจแบบไดนามิก - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
