Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Take charge of the main local distributor for manufacturing products *Focus: Existing clients & distributors (approx. 80%), New business (approx. 20%) *Clients are mainly located in industrial parks in the Eastern area - Communicate and collaborate closely with local distributors - Work with distributors to expand business with existing clients, including cross-selling additional products - Re-approach clients who were previously contacted or quoted but did not result in orders, and convert them into active customers - Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and distributors - Understand client needs and requirements accurately - Propose suitable products by explaining key benefits based on client needs - Prepare documents such as quotations and invoices - Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate with internal teams when needed - Suggest and introduce new products to existing clients to increase sales - Support new business development activities as needed (e.g., market research, client visits) - Support marketing activities as assigned - Other duties assigned <Expected personality/attitude> - Have strong desires to think/act proactively, study new things spontaneously and get along with colleagues. - Enjoy challenging and tough situations
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in any field - At least 3 years of working experience as B2B sales in manufacturing or trading companies - Conversation middle level of English (For Internal meeting, email, and documents) - Can live close to office (commuting hour: around 1hour) - Good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VLOOKUP - Driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience of sales in Eastern area such as Chonburi and Rayong etc. - Working experience in Japanese company - Have network with prospect companies' especially automotive industry. - Have own car
