1. 90% Account Management and Customer Retention
- Handle customer inquiries and obtain repeat orders, RFQ (Request for Quotation)
- Prepare quotations for production, optional equipment, and service parts
- Follow up on quotation status and lead negotiations with customers
- Monitor competitor activity and provide input on potential product improvements or options
- Coordinate with the engineering team to solve technical issues promptly
- Ensure on-time debt collection and follow up on payment status
- Manage and coordinate the shipment of production/testing materials and parts
- Provide attentive after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction
2. 10% Sales Assistance and Market Support
- Support quotation preparation for new markets (e.g., Vietnam, Cambodia) when needed
- Assist the sales team in administrative tasks and documentation
- Conduct light market research for future opportunities
3. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Sales Assistant of Automotive Machinery Products from Trading / Manufacturing
- Conversational High Level in English
(work with Japanese, expand the business to foreign customers, and documentation)
- Able to travel upcountry and stay overnight as necessary for visiting customers
- Able to travel domestically and internationally on a routine basis
- Driving license for visiting customers (Company's car support)

- Experience in a Japanese Company
- Business Level in English
